Ek Zindagi Haye, Jeena tho Seekho!

Aksar Log kehathe rahethe ki,
Zindagi badi Kamaal Ki cheez haye,
Hame Yaha Kuch Hasil Kar Dikhani haye,
Aur Har lamhe ko Khushi sey Jeena,
Kamiyo ko pahachan kar Vunhe Nikaalna,

Haarne sey pahele Koshish karna,

Kuch Baath bolne sey pehle Khudh Samjhna,
Bade Buzurgo se Tikh peshaana,
Ladayi aur Jhagdo se dhoor rahena,
Aur Bahut baathe hame hamare 
mummi-pappa sekhaya karthe rahethe haye,
Hum to Iss Zamane Ki Pareshaniyo Sey,
Aisey Vyasth Hogaye ki,
Zindagi ki maksadh na jaankar,
Zindagi Khone Chal pade. 
Khudh sochiye Agar aapke Saamne koi Khudhkhushi karenge kya aap khush Honge?
Koyi Chori kar Raha haye to aap dekh kar Vahan se Chale Jayenge?
Bahut sare Prashn Aisey Hothe haye ki Unki Jawab paana he Zindagi Bann Gayi haye Kuch Mahan Guruo Ko! 
Aye Insaan Apni taareef khudh karna seekh,
Aapni pareshaniyo ko Samajh,
Aapni Kaam khud kar,
Aapni Yuddh khudh Laddh,
Apni Khayaal rakh na mat Bhul,
Apna pan Math khona yaar. 
"Khudhi ko kar Bulandh itna ki, Khudh Qudaah Aapni Bandhe se pooche-Batha Apni Raza Kya Haye".
