Rainy Weather
THE RAIN FEEL |
There was a chill in the air,
The lunatic people wetting themselves around.
Drizzling waters,
Making mist to fall from the leaves,
Dampened birds warming themselves down in their nests.
Scotch mist all over the village,
Making farmers ecstatic,
And making personages work-shy to rest a while.
This cloudburst is making my tranquillity to rise high,
All flora around is becoming more greenish,
And fauna to be sheltered.
Drizzle along with the refreshing breeze,
Making me benevolent,
To free me up,
To endure the invocation of mother nature,
Some call it rain and I call it precipitation.
Rainy weather making people lethargic,
And pets be in their dens,
Of course, it's my lord's work,
To cool down the mother Earth.
Flowing canals,
Gushing water on roads,
Making mortals hectic with traffic jams on Highways.
Seasonal changes making kids fall sick,
Elders to be more preventive,
With the diseases surrounding them.
By gazing the environs around,
Feeling pretty chilled from inside out,
I take hold of my pen to write it down,
To calm me down from those words running inside,
To trust that it would be fine the next day,
If not today!
The rainwater needs to be cleared anyway.
For the earth to flourish again,
And for the humans to be workaholic,
Passerine fly into the sky-high.
To enjoy the essence of mother nature.
Rain, Rain go away come again another day,
Says little kids mom, to make her children play.
And Hindus say O rain God, we thank you.
Holy is this season for all creatures to grow,
Grow forever, to endeavour.
